Why Rent?
The market is constantly changing. Renting provides you with a no risk option to live in a home.
There is a lot of freedom, with no risks, as well that home owners have to deal with that renters do not. For example, the quality of area has changed, and you can leave when your contract has expired.
The deposit to get a home loan from a bank is usually at least half as much as the deposit for rent.
Most of the time, with repairs, depreciation, and time, it is overall cheaper than owning a home which means you can often live in a bigger home when renting than you can if you buy.
